Tips For A Fantastic Family Session
Pick outfits that coordinate but do not necessarily look identical and try to keep everyone in the same clothing category. If momma is dressed fancy in a long dress… everyone else should be wearing their finest too. As for colors - pick a color palette of 3 or 4 colors instead of one color. Pinterest and the family photos below are great resources for finding outfit inspiration!
When you have little ones, we work on their schedule. Patience is the key in these situations and bribes tend to work better than threats. ;) In fact, it gives the kids something even more fun to look forward to after the session if you have a treat lined up after the photos are done.
No matter how cranky {or spirited} your kiddos are, we are almost ALWAYS able to get some adorable and wonderful images. So just try to enjoy the session and treat it as a bit of cuddle, play, and family time with your babies!
